EasyMedOnline is here to support you through the complete sale and this includes helping you with any problems that may arise after you receive your electric wheelchair or mobility scooter. In most cases, the solution can be as simple as the flip of a switch to solve the problem. We also send warranty parts directly to your home in the case of a simple repair.  For more challenging problems, we will arrange for a service technician to come to your home (included, at no charge, for 1 year after date of purchase on most power wheelchairs, mobility scooters, lift chairs.)
White Glove Delivery and Setup Service
  All power mobility devices are delivered to your location.

If you require additional help we provide a White Glove service for $120-$150 for most products.

From our experience most of our customers have someone to meet the delivery truck and help with moving (if needed) the product and can also help with setup.

For Mobility Scooters it takes just a few minutes to install the seat, adjust the tiller, insert the battery and other options.

For Power Chairs it takes about the same time to setup the seat, insert the battery and other options.

  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time the warehouse received the returned item. Credit may take longer if the manufacturer delays the credit to EasyMedonline due to the condition of the item and or the additional cost of building the item for the customer.
